    Description

    As discussed, please find below the job description for the role of Programmatic Lead with Annalect India.

    Location : Bangalore /Hyderabad / Gurugram

    This is an exciting role and would entail you to:

    Client Engagement and Strategy:

    • Lead daily client engagements, driving strategic discussions to align with client objectives.
    • Assist clients in planning and developing budgets, delivering campaigns based on agreed-upon KPIs.

    Campaign Optimization:

    • Provide guidance on product optimizations to ensure the success of campaigns.
    • Manage keyword selection and optimize bid levels across available advertising options.

    Reporting and Analytics:

    • Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for digital marketing campaigns.
    • Establish key metric reports, track progress and trends, and communicate campaign results and insights effectively.

    Promotional Planning and Execution:

    • Manage the promotional planning calendar for client campaigns.
    • Drive strategy discussions with clients and lead bi-weekly client calls.

    Team Development:

    • Work with teams to identify new opportunities for clients and resolve any client issues promptly.

    Industry Awareness:

    • Stay informed about industry news, translating macro trends into tailored recommendations and actions for clients.

    This may be the right role for your if you have:

    1.Bachelors Degree

    2.5+ years experience in programmatic advertising including a variety of DSPs and biddable platforms.

    3.Strong understanding of Amazon workings specifically in Amazon DSP

    4.Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel

    5.Great communication and interpersonal skills, collaborator, and outstanding communication and presentation skills.

    6.Self-motivated with the ability to think creatively and strategically.

    7.Willingness to roll up sleeves and root cause performance.

    8.Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast changing environment.

    9.Detail oriented, good project management and organizational skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines across multiple accounts.
