    Description

    Overview:

    The TalentAcquisition HR role is crucial in identifying acquiring andretaining top talent to meet the organizations staffing needs. Theincumbent will be responsible for developing and implementingeffective sourcing strategies conducting thorough interviews andstreamlining the onboarding process to support the overall HRfunction.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Collaborate withdepartmental managers to identify staffing needs and jobspecifications
    • Design and implement recruitingstrategies to attract top talent
    • Conductinterviews using various reliable recruiting and selectiontools/methods
    • Utilize social media job boardsand networking to source potentialcandidates
    • Manage the onboarding process fornew hires
    • Develop and maintain HR policies andprocedures related to talent acquisition
    • Buildand maintain a network of potential candidates through proactivemarket research and ongoing relationshipmanagement
    • Participate in the implementation ofonboarding programs
    • Ensure compliance with allrelevant employment laws andregulations
    • Provide datadriven insights tooptimize the recruitment and selectionprocess
    • Participate in employer brandinginitiatives to attract toptalent

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relevantfield
    • Proven work experience as a TalentAcquisition Specialist or similarrole
    • Demonstrated expertise in fullcyclerecruiting
    • Proficient in using various sourcingtechniques and tools
    • Strong knowledge of HRpolicies and best practices
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
    • Abilityto prioritize and manage time effectively in a fastpacedenvironment
    • Experience in utilizing applicanttracking systems (ATS)
    • Understanding ofemployment laws and regulations
    • Proven abilityto build and maintain a strong candidatepipeline
    • Experience in employer branding andrecruitment marketing is a plus
    • Ability to workcollaboratively with variousstakeholders
    • Certification in HR or recruitmentis advantageous
    • Strong analytical anddecisionmaking skills
    • Attention to detail andaccuracy in datahandling
