Description
As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients over the phone, promoting our real estate offerings, and driving sales through effective communication and persuasion.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients from provided leads or database.
- Present and promote our real estate properties and services to potential customers in a compelling manner.
- Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of various properties accurately and persuasively.
- Handle objections and address any concerns raised by clients to encourage further engagement.
- Close sales deals over the phone and achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads to maintain a consistent communication flow and nurture relationships.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth coordination and handover of leads.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and changes in real estate regulations.
- Attend training sessions and actively participate in skill development programs to enhance sales techniques.
