    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Head the vertical and have develop strategies to develop the business across the branches of the company.

    Ability to motivate staff and maintain relationships with key clients across locations.

    Oversee the end-to-end process of air freight cargo logistics, ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods.

    Co-ordination with airlines and agents for best rates.

    Knowledge in air pricing and operations.

    Manage a team of logistics professionals, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high-performance standards.

    Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Post graduate degree.

    Must hold a Basic/Advanced Cargo Certificate or Equivalent Cargo Course Certificate

    Persons holding a valid certificate in Dangerous Goods Training Course Certificate from any IATA Airline, IATA DGR Authorized Training School will be preferred.

    **DGR certificate must not exceed 2 years from date of issue

    Minimum 6 years of proven experience in air freight cargo logistics.

    Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

    In-depth knowledge of international air cargo regulations, customs procedures, and industry trends.

    Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
