    JobDescription:
    Weare seeking an experienced and detailoriented Accounts Executive tojoin our team in VikhroliMumbai. The idealcandidate should have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience inaccounting andfinance. The individual willbe responsible for managing various aspects of the company sfinancialtransactions and ensuringcompliance with accountingstandards.
    Responsibilities:
    GeneralLedger Management:Maintain and reconcile thegeneral ledger.Ensure accurate and timelyrecording of financialtransactions.
    AccountsPayable:Process vendor invoices andpayments.Reconcile vendor statements andresolvediscrepancies.
    AccountsReceivable:Generate customer invoices andstatements.Follow up on overdue payments andresolve paymentissues.
    BankReconciliation:Reconcile bank statements andresolve any discrepancies.Monitor cash flowand report anyirregularities.
    ExpenseManagement:Review and process employeeexpense reports.Ensure compliance withcompanypolicies.
    FinancialReporting:Assist in the preparation ofmonthly quarterly and annual financialstatements.Provide financial reports tomanagement asneeded.
    Compliance:Ensurecompliance with accounting principles and company policies andAssist in the preparation ofdocumentationfor audits as per Governmentnorms.
    SoftwareProficiency:Utilize accounting software forefficient and accurate recordkeeping.TallyMSOffice
    Communication:Collaboratewith other departments to gather necessaryinformation.Communicate effectively withinternal and externalstakeholders.
    Adhoc Tasks:Assist in special projects andother ad hoc tasks asrequired.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor&rsquo s degree in accounting Finance or relatedfield.
    • 34 years of relevant experience inaccounting.
    • Proficient in accounting softwareand Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills.
    • Excellent attention todetail and accuracy.
    • Good communication andinterpersonalskills.
