    TECH MAHINDRA HIRING International Chat Support Role

    • MEGA WALK-IN DRIVE @ AMBATTUR OFFICE.
    • WORK LOCATION: Sholinganallur, Chennai (Work from Office)
    • IMMEDIATE JOINER'S are preferred. FRESHER'S with excellent written & verbal communication can also apply.
    • WALK-IN LOCATION: No. 90/B-1, SBC Tech Park, Madras Thiruvallur High Rd, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

    Job description:

    • Industry Type - BPO.
    • Employment Type -Full Time, Permanent.
    • Education Qualification - Under Graduates, Graduates and Post Graduates.
    • Work Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai (Work from Office)
    • Salary:

    Freshers - 2.5LPA

    Experienced up to 4LPA based on your experience documents.

    • 5 Days Working (Rotational Weekly Off)
    • 24/7 shifts (Early Morning shifts)

    Roles & Responsibilities:


    • Provide customer and technical support.


    • Ability to understand the issue and resolve the miscellaneous queries.


    • Ability to handle both chat & voice.


    • Relevant experience in International Chat & voice is an added advantage.


    • Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written).


    • Should be comfortable working for early morning & rotational shifts.

    Eligibility Criteria: -

    1. Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written) in English.

    2. Fresher's can also apply (Excellent communication skills)

    3. Candidate should be willing to work from office( Sholinganallur, Chennai location).

    4. Immediate Joiners preferred.

    5. Two way cab facility.

    6. Interview Type:


    • 1st Round - HR walk-in interview


    • 2nd Round – OPS Interview


    • 3rd Round – Chat & typing assessment
