    Description

    Summary :

    • We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Java Technical Lead to join our growing team.
    • This role requires a passionate leader with a deep understanding of Java development principles, software design, and best practices.
    • You will play a key role in mentoring junior developers, architecting complex solutions, driving technical innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of software projects.

    Responsibilities :

    • Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, fostering a collaborative and highperforming development environment.
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance in the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions.
    • Analyze technical requirements, propose solutions, and contribute to overall system architecture.
    • Develop and maintain highly scalable and performant backend systems using Java (preferably Java 17), Spring Boot, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
    • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
    • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and technologies in Java, cloud computing, and DevOps.
    • Identify opportunities for technical improvement and implement innovative solutions.
    • Collaborate with designers, analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
    • Participate in the selection and evaluation of new technologies and tools.
    • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
    • Manage project timelines, delegate tasks, and track progress towards project goals.
    • Document technical decisions and maintain clear and concise code.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.

    Qualifications :

    • 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java development.
    • Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
    • Indepth knowledge of Java programming language (Java 17 preferred) and objectoriented programming (OOP) principles.
    • Expertise in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
    • Strong understanding of backend development concepts, including microservices, RESTful APIs, and databases.
    • Experience with Spring Boot and related frameworks (a plus).
    • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and technologies (a plus).
    • Experience with DevOps practices and tools (a plus).
    • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
    • Passion for building highquality, secure, and userfriendly software applications
