    Description
    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience


    The Technical Lead will play a crucial role in guiding our technical teams, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for technology.


    Responsibilities :

    Technical Leadership :

    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
    • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

    Project Management :

    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and manage project resources effectively.

    Architecture and Design :

    • Define system architecture and design principles, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
    • Evaluate and recommend technologies and frameworks to support project requirements.
    Code Review and Quality Assurance :

    • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
    • Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to identify and address defects and issues.

    Collaboration and Communication :

    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product management, design, and quality assurance to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

    Technical Innovation :

    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
    • Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance product development processes.

    Technical Skills Required :

    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.
    • Experience with web development frameworks and libraries such as Spring, Django, React, Angular, etc.
    • Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
    • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
    • Experience with relational and nonrelational databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
    • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • 810 years of experience in software development and technical leadership roles.
    • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex technical projects.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
