- This position is accountable for the Onboarding of WABA clients, ensuring that they are FB verified. If a client is not verified, the FBM agent should assist in completing the process.
- Follow up is essential until the activation process is finalized.
- Monthly and weekly reports must be generated to track activation status.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
- Preferred candidates will possess strong customer support skills.
- Develop sales strategies to meet monthly targets and goals.
- Set team and individual targets, foster a collaborative team environment with open communication.
- Ensure a strong sales pipeline, prepare regular sales reports, and conduct feedback sessions with team members to enhance their skills.
- Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in leading high-performing teams, preferably in B2B.
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, knowledge of regional languages is a bonus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptability to change, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
