    Are you a seasoned SAP Ariba professional with 3+ years of experience? Do you thrive in managing end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and possess a deep understanding of SAP Ariba functionalities? If yes, we want to hear from you

    SAP Ariba Specialist

    Experience : 3+ years


    Location :
    Mumbai, India


    Key Responsibilities :

    • Understanding and proficiently handling SAP Ariba P2P processes.
    • Expertise in request creation using Catalog, Non-Catalogs & Punch Out Catalogs.
    • Managing requisition creation process, including material group, vendor details, quantity, and price details.
    • Loading catalogs, user data, and supplier data in Ariba.
    • Proficient in master data management within SAP Ariba.
    • Managing approval processes for purchase requisitions, including approval rules.
    • Handling good receipts, invoice processing, exception handling, and reconciliation in SAP Ariba.
    • Handson knowledge of other aspects of the P2P cycle like service procurement, subcontracting process, and consignment process.

    Mandatory Skills :

    • Good understanding of SAP Ariba P2P process.
    • Proficiency in request creation, catalog management, and master data management within SAP Ariba.
    • Experience in managing approval processes and handling invoices in SAP Ariba.
    • Handson knowledge of other P2P cycle aspects like service procurement and subcontracting process.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
