    Associate – Cosec Admin
    Location: Bangalore
    Department: CSC Acceleration Centre

    Vacancy type: Permanent

    As an Associate in Cosec Admin you will be a vital part of our organization and will play a vital role in ensuring the data quality which also will help the client deliverables efficient and accurate.

    The position

    We are looking for Data Steward (Cosec Admin) who is highly motivated optimal candidate with attention to details. Someone who exhibits a strong interest in applying technology solutions to bring in efficiencies and productivity gains in projects would be added advantage.

    Your responsibilities

    Classification and filing of documents in the application following document tree and naming conventions

    Setting up of entities in the application

    Updating relevant client information in the application

    Appending e-signatures on various documents

    Downloading registry extracts

    Prepare invoice

    Conversion of documents to pdf

    Should deploy first-time right approach and ensure proper checks while doing the process to avoid rework

    Ensure all the trackers are updated on-time without any deviation

    Ensure process is audit complaint by adhering to process guidelines

    Ensure to follow the process as per the procedure document

    Maintaining and managing 100% accuracy in all the deliverables

    Meeting all the prescribed deadlines for daily, weekly monthly and yearly activities assigned in the process

    Should master the task and perform a quality check

    Co-ordinate and complete the tasks with the team members

    Your profile

    Any Graduation from a recognized university

    Minimum 1+ years of relevant work experience

    Accuracy and attention to detail

    Logical in approach with Analytical skills

    Good communication skills

    Team Player

    Proficient with MS office and Excel

    Highly organized with excellent personal time management
