Description
Job Description: The primary functionof this role is to manage MIS & reporting part coordinate withsales assist audits verify stocks review contracts and ensurefinancial compliance. The ideal candidate will have expertise infinancial management ideally with a CA or MBA in Finance.
KeyResponsibilities:
1. Conduct financial/ Businessanalysis to assess the companys performance across key KPIsidentify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
2. Analyze financialstatements including income statements balance sheets and cash flowstatements on a monthly basis after closing and prepare managementreports.
3. Monitoractual financial performance against budgets and forecasts andexplain variances.
4. Prepare regular financial reports for the regionalmanagement as well as for Corporate Reporting as per the groupguidelines
5. Reviewcontracts for compliance with financial policies assess associatedrisks and negotiate costeffective terms with vendors to optimizeoutcomes.
6. Presentfinancial information and analysis to various stakeholdersincluding preparation of presentations for Board Meetings / Monthlyreviews / Management Committee meetings.
7. Collaborate with the sales teamto develop financial plans aligned with business goals and providesupport to optimize revenue generation and costmanagement.
8. Supportinternal and external audits by assisting in planning documentationpreparation inquiry addressing and timely implementation of auditrecommendations.
9. Conduct periodic stock audits to ensure the accuracy ofinventory records and reconcile physical counts with system recordsthrough collaboration with warehouse and logistics teams.
Qualifications &Skills:
CA / MBA in Finance preferred
35 years of financialcontroller experience
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel andaccounting software. Experience in Power BI will be addedadvantage.
Willingnessto travel as needed for site visits and other businessrequirements.
