    Description
    Key Responsibilities


    FinancialStrategy and Planning:
    Develop and implement financialstrategies aligned with the companys objectives and longtermgoals.
    Lead the annual budgeting process and developfinancial forecasts to support business planning anddecision
    making.
    Provide insights andrecommendations to optimize financial performance and driveprofitability.


    Financial Reporting andAnalysis:
    Oversee the preparation of accurate and timelyfinancial statements including income statements balance
    sheets and cash flow statements.
    Conduct financialanalysis to evaluate business performance identify trends andrecommend actions of
    improvements.
    Presentfinancial reports and analysis to Senior Management and Board ofDirectors.


    Risk Management and Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with financial regulations accounting standardsand internal policy.
    Develop and implement internalcontrols to mitigate financial risks and safeguard companyassets.
    Stay update on the regulatory changes andindustry trends that may impact the companys financialoperations.


    Financial Operations and Systems:
    Manage all the aspects of financial operations including accountingtreasury taxation and internal controls.
    Implement andmaintain robust financial systems processes and polices tosafeguard company assets and
    mitigate risks.
    Lead finance team in daytoday financial operations includingaccounts payable receivable and payroll.
    Evaluate andimplement financial systems and processes to streamline operationsand improve efficiency.
    Ensure accurate and timelyrecording of financial transactions in compliance with accountingprinciples


    Treasury and CashManagement:
    Manage cash flow and liquidity to meetoperational requirements and financial obligations.
    Develop and implement strategies for cash management including cashforecasting investment decisions and
    working capitaloptimization.
    Oversee banking relationships andnegotiate financing agreements as needed.


    StrategicFinancial Leadership:
    Provide strategic guidance andadvice to the executive team member and board of directors onfinancial matters.
    Collaborate with the otherdepartments to drive crossfunctional initiatives and achievecompany objectives.
    Assess potential investmentsacquisitions and partnerships evaluating their financial viabilityand impact


    Team Leadership andDevelopment:
    Recruit mentor and develop highperformingfinance team.
    Provide leadership guidance and support toteam members fostering a culture of collaborationaccountability
    and continuous improvement.
    Promote professional development and career growth opportunitiesfor team members


    Qualifications andSkills:
    Bachelors degree in Finance and Accounting alongwith CA or related filed. MBA in Finance or CFApreferred.
    Extensive experience (typically 10 years) ina senior finance leadership role.
    Strong financialacumen and analytical skills with the ability to interpretfinancial data and make strategic
    recommendations.
    Excellent communication leadership andteam management abilities presentation skills with the abilityto
    effectively communicate complex financial concepts tothe nonfinancial stakeholders.
    Strong understanding offinancial regulations compliance requirements and risk managementprinciples.
    Advanced proficiency in financial modellingforecasting and analytical tools.
    Ability to thrive infastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple prioritieseffectively.
