    Responsibilities :

    • Design and implement a comprehensive Microsoft Teams collaboration platform that fosters seamless communication and collaboration between internal employees and guest users.
    • Utilize Power Automate to automate key workflows within Teams, streamlining processes and enhancing team productivity.
    • Leverage Data Verse as the central data repository for the Teams platform, ensuring data security and integrity.
    • Design and develop insightful Power BI dashboards to visualize key data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
    • Build custom Power Apps to extend the functionality of Teams and address specific client needs.
    • Integrate Copilot chatbot functionality within Teams and SharePoint pages to provide automated support and information dissemination.
    • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 security best practices and implement them throughout the collaboration platform.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to users on the new Teams platform.

    Qualification :

    • 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing collaboration solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies.
    • Proven experience with Microsoft Teams, including security configurations and guest user access.
    • Indepth knowledge of Power Automate, Data Verse, Power BI, Power Apps, and Copilot.
    • Experience integrating thirdparty applications with Microsoft 365.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problemsolving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong understanding of security best practices in a cloud environment.
