    ANSR is currently seeking a highly motivated individuals to join its Pre-sales Team in Bangalore

    Role: Senior Manager

    We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team with a focus on building new and compelling solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity for an individual with a strong background in pre-sales / strategy to contribute not only to our sales efforts but also to strategic initiatives such as pricing optimization, market strategy development, and ideation for new services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To deliver a high-quality experience to the prospects & customers during engagement, acquisition, and on-boarding.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to build pricing strategies and optimize pricing models. Gain continuous knowledge of the competition landscape and their offerings across all required domains and regions.
    • Identify & evaluate new business opportunities and market trends.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to validate business idea
    • Identify and address gaps or challenges in the presales process and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Present and demonstrate end-to-end ANSR capabilities and solutions to all required point-of-contacts at prospect's / customer's end.
    • Create Solution Document / Business Proposals and create quick proof-of-concepts, cost model, etc. to help sales team negotiate contracts and drive deal closures.
    • Assess the customer needs and arrive at the best solution via close collaboration with client's POCs, sales team, product/technology team, delivery team and partner teams, as required.
    • Gain thorough understanding of the ANSR services and continuously learn from new service offerings and pitch them appropriately to the clients, based on their requirements.
    • Maintain knowledge repository of proposals and other business collateral required for sales pitch

    Requirements:

    • Qualification: MBA from a tier-1 B-school (such as IIM, XLRI, etc.).
    • 4-7 years of experience in Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or Presales. Experience in a startup or early-stage organization would be a plus.
    • Experience in creating presentations, proposals, and contracts with good commercial sense.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations.
    • Outstanding presentation and demonstration skills, addressing all key pain points of the client.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Passionate about customer-facing roles.
    • Focused on delivering results with quality and possesses the ability to multitask.
    • Excellent work ethics and a wonderful team player and collaborator.
