    NPST is a fintech company bridging the banking and fintech worlds with its product suite of technology and payments, for over 10 years. We provide software and digital payment solutions to the BFSI Industry as a Technology service provider. We function as a Technology Service Provider (TSP) and a Third-Party Aggregator Provider (TPAP), catering to stakeholders across the financial value chain, including banks, merchant aggregators, merchants, and consumers.

    We got listed targeting SME IPO in Aug – 2021 on the NSE Emerge platform with a market cap of 2000 Cr (as of Mar'24) and became NPCI- an approved Merchant Payment Service Provider, acquiring merchants and facilitating payment. NPST has a marquee clientele having 10 Banks and 30+ PAPG and Merchants.

    What will you do

    We are seeking a skilled and motivated candidate to join our product team. Individual should come with proven experience as a Business analyst/ Product Management trainee or in a similar role from Fintech industry.

    As a Junior/Assistant Product Manager, candidate will be responsible be part of the development and success of NPST products end to end start from inception to launch. Candidate to be part of the market research, Product scoping, execution, and the necessary documentation as part of product management. Will play very crucial role in bridging the gap between cross function teams both Technical and Product development as a techno functional.

    Job responsibilities:

    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape.
    • Requirement Gathering and Prioritization by working closely with cross function teams.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit business requirements.
    • Translate business requirements into clear and actionable product specifications.
    • Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout the development process to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
    • Analyze and interpret data and make meaningful conclusions to provide insights on deriving Product Road Map and Strategy.
    • Define and track key product metrics to evaluate performance and inform decision-making.
    • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product features.
    • Monitor and analyze product usage and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimization.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

    Education Qualification - Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, B.Tech / M.Tech).

    Experience - Total Experience: 3 to 5 years,

    Industry - IT/Software/BFSI/ Banking /Fintech

    Work arrangement – 5 days working from office

    Location – Noida / Bengaluru / Mumbai
