    Description

    Job Title: Senior JavaDeveloper

    Experience: 6 to 15Years

    JobResponsibilities:

    • SoftwareDevelopment: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications. Implement efficient and scalable code using best practices.
    • MicroservicesDevelopment: Architect, design, and implement microservices-based solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate microservices into existing systems.
    • TechnicalLeadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
    • SystemArchitecture: Contribute to the architectural design and evolution of systems. Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of Java applications.
    • AgileDevelopment: Work in an Agile development environment participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Troubleshooting andDebugging: Diagnose and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks. Perform root cause analysis for production incidents.
    • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for developed applications and systems.
    • ContinuousLearning: Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Java development. Proactively enhance skills and knowledge to contribute to technology innovation.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field. 6 to 15 years of hands-on experience in Java development.

    Skills:

    • Strong proficiency in Java and related technologies (Spring, Hibernate, Microservices, etc.).
    • Experience with microservices architecture and design.
    • Knowledge of Kafka, Cassandra.
    • Familiarity with database systems (SQL, NoSQL).
    • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

    AdditionalRequirements:

    Experience in the financial industry (preferred). Relevant certifications in Java or related technologies.
