    Description

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced and visionary Technical Lead (TL) to lead our technical team and drive innovation, research, and development efforts. As the TL, you will play a critical role in shaping our technology strategy, overseeing technical operations, and leading our teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Onboard, execute, manage and off board the project as per the requirement of stake holders.

    2. Leading a team of developers and engineers in the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions.

    3. Providing technical guidance, mentoring, and coaching to team members.

    4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and drive project delivery.

    5. Evaluating and adopting new technologies, tools, and best practices to improve the team's efficiency and the quality of the technical solutions.

    6. Participating in technical discussions, architecture planning, and decision-making processes.

    7. Ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of the technical solutions being developed.

    8. Troubleshooting technical issues and providing support to the team as needed.

    9. Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and other team members.

    10. Ensure that the company's technology practices and solutions adhere to regulatory standards and maintain a high level of security.

    Qualifications:


    • A Graduate or Postgraduate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field from a premier institution. IITians are encouraged to apply.


    • Proven experience as a technical lead or in a similar senior leadership role within a tech company.


    • Should be able to handle team of 10-12 team members at the beginning.


    • Should have proper knowledge and understanding of allocation of tasks to team members and supervise them.


    • A track record of successfully leading technical teams and delivering innovative products or services.


    • Deep knowledge of current and emerging technologies, languages and procedure, industry trends, and best practices.


    • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.


    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


    • A visionary leader with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.


    •Experience with Typescript ,Javascript ,PHP and Bashscript is a must.
