    Associate Director (Solutioning Lead)



    JOB DESCRIPTION



    Experience: Minimum 17+ years in technology development or automation, with a significant focus on AI and machine learning, and at least 5-7 years in business development, solutioning or client-facing roles within the technology sector.

    Role and Responsibilities


    • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the organization's generative AI offerings, driving growth and market penetration.


    • Lead the generative AI technology unit's market-facing activities, establishing the company as a thought leader and go-to partner in the industry.


    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging deep knowledge of generative AI to propose solutions that address client needs and create value.


    • Oversee the RFP (Request for Proposal) process, from identifying opportunities to crafting compelling proposals that highlight the strengths of the organization's generative AI capabilities.


    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business opportunities and collaborations.


    • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop targeted messaging and promotional strategies that effectively convey the benefits of generative AI technologies.


    • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to the executive leadership team, informing strategic decision-making and investment in generative AI initiatives.


    • Act as the primary liaison between the generative AI technology team and clients, ensuring alignment of technical offerings with market demand and client expectations.


    • Drive cross-functional efforts to package generative AI solutions into marketable products or services that deliver measurable business outcomes.


    • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure the successful implementation of generative AI projects, aligning with client objectives and contract specifications.


    • Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, and industry events, articulating the value proposition of generative AI technologies and establishing a strong professional network.


    • Educate and advise clients on the potential applications and benefits of generative AI, positioning the organization as a trusted advisor in the field.


    • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to anticipate market shifts and adjust business development strategies accordingly.


    • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to navigate contractual agreements and ensure adherence to industry standards and ethical practices in all business engagements.

    Technical Skills


    • Ability to dissect and understand complex RFP requirements, translating them into detailed technical solutions that leverage generative AI capabilities and align with cloud architectures and best practices.


    • Skilled in coordinating with technical subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of proposed generative AI solutions within RFP responses, delivering competitive and compliant bids.


    • Proficient in developing comprehensive RFP response strategies that include risk assessment, cost estimation, and technology differentiation, while ensuring adherence to client specifications and industry standards.


    • Strong foundation in generative AI technology and its application in various industries, with the ability to translate technical advantages into business benefits.


    • Proficiency in crafting technical proposals and delivering presentations that resonate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


    • Familiarity with the latest trends and innovations in AI, machine learning, and generative models to inform business development activities.


    • Understanding of the technical requirements involved in deploying AI solutions, including infrastructure, data management, and compliance considerations.


    • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to conduct market analysis, forecast business potential, and measure the impact of business development efforts.


    • Proficient in architecting and proposing cloud-based generative AI solutions, with a deep understanding of cloud services and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) that support scalable, high-performance AI workloads.


    • Demonstrated experience in leveraging cloud-native tools for machine learning lifecycle management, including model training, deployment, monitoring, and scaling to meet the dynamic needs of enterprise clients.
