    Role Description

    This is a full-time Office role for a Cost Manager - C&I (Fit-out Pre Contract). The Cost Manager will be responsible for managing costs and providing consulting services throughout the construction project life cycle. The role involves analyzing project requirements, preparing cost estimates, Writing Civil and Interiors Specification, conducting cost control activities, and ensuring financial closure of the project. The Cost Manager will collaborate with stakeholders and provide valuable cost-saving solutions.

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in cost management and consultancy
    • Knowledge of construction industry and cost estimation techniques
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Profound in writing Civil and Interiors BoQ Technical specification
    • Proficiency in cost management software and tools
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
    • Certifications related to cost management (e.g. RICS, CMAA) are beneficial
