- Spearhead inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns from ideation to qualified meetings.
- Manage inbound leads promptly, ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation.
- Conduct outbound lead generation through phone, email, and other channels for a steady meeting flow.
- Assist data team in accurate extraction of information for outbound campaigns.
- Maintain up-to-date customer data in CRM software.
- Generate reports on lead activities, conversion rates, and data extraction efficiency.
- Own end-to-end lead management from capture to closure.
- Coordinate with prospects and the front-end team, briefing them after research.
- Understand client requirements and expectations through dialogue.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve MQL and SQL quality.
- Drive data capture, cleansing, and augmentation for database health.
- Partner with product marketing for messaging and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Leverage account-based marketing strategies and technologies for enterprise targeting
- Track full-funnel metrics and provide investment recommendations based on conversion rates.
- At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience in the US Markets for B2B offering
- Proven track record of exceeding lead generation and qualification quotas.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and lead nurturing techniques.
- Proficiency in cold calling, email outreach and Social Prospecting (LinkedIn, Twitter etc.).
- Collaborative self-starter with cross-functional team experience (sales, marketing, technology).
- Outcome-driven and motivated for rapid execution and iterative learning.
- Proactive, decisive, independent thinker with strong research skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Prior SaaS, AI and Healthcare domain experience/expertise is a plus.
- Experience with AI Platforms, tools and processes.
- Ability to work in US shift timings with prior experience.

Job Description
We, at Launcheazy, are looking for a Sales Development Representative - I (1-4 years work experience) who will work at the forefront of B2B sales and marketing to generate qualified leads that result in revenue. This is a full-time role. The SDR will be responsible for lead generation, communication, sales, and business development activities. They will work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify potential leads, develop relationships with prospects, and drive revenue growth.
