    Description

    The candidate must have 1-2 years of experience performing following tasks for a tech company:

    • Identify, qualify and cultivate new sales leads through subscribed databases, publicly available sources such as , events, referrals, and follow-up calls.
    • Schedule and conduct qualification calls with prospects in a clear and compelling manner, demonstrating a high level of understanding for Voiceoc's solutions.
    • Conduct demo meetings and regularly follow up with prospects to guide them towards closure, showcasing the value proposition of Voiceoc's offerings.
    • Knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies, with a focus on consultative selling and solution-based selling approaches.
    • Achieve monthly sales targets, including the number of demos scheduled, qualified opportunities, weekly activities, and appointment setting, to drive revenue growth.
    • Manage leads effectively, ensuring accurate data entry and nurturing strong relationships throughout the sales process.
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Requirements:

    • The candidate must have 1-2 years of experience performing above tasks for a SAAS company.
    • This is work from the office position. The office is located in Sector 68 Noida
    • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a tech company, with a proven track record of success.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of Voiceoc's solutions passionately.
    • Ability to conduct demo meetings and follow-up interactions with prospects effectively.
    • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is advantageous.
