    Description

    Administrative Assistant (Word Processor/Audit Report Specialist)

    Office location: Manila, Philippines office OR Ahmedabad, India

    Responsibilities:

    • Generate client financial statements, proposals, and special projects using advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel and Adobe Professional.
    • Possessing the ability to format financial statements, proposals, and special projects accurately and efficiently using proficient knowledge of proper business English, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
    • Maintain formatting consistency and writing standards for processing financial statements.
    • Assist with administrative tasks related to time-tracking for internal firm compliance.
    • Special projects assigned by the supervisor and/or Audit Team.

    Education and other Requirements:

    • High school diploma or an equivalent work experience.
    • MUST be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Adobe, and Outlook.
    • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and turn around projects quickly.
    • Strong English communication and grammar skills.
    • "Can do" attitude and an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Familiarity with financial statement preparation and understanding is preferred.
