- Knowledge on Construction Equipment & Agriculture - HEMM Industry with relevant OEM experience.
- Experience in Automotive OEMs for Power Transmission products; engine drive components preferred.
- Ascertain market potential, competitive landscape, geographical spread & customers to penetrate.
- Lead Generation, Reach out and Conversion to business opportunities in Domestic & Exports.
- Technical Selling to provide sustainable belting solution and customer complaint timely resolution.
- Establish high level customer centricity & business relationships to generate more business avenues and provide timely solutions and service to exceed customer satisfaction.
- Cross functional team collaboration to meet OEM requirement, business objectives and problem solving.
- Deliver targeted sales revenue and growth and timely collection of accounts receivable.
- Analyze, forecast and balance the product demand and supply in accordance with OEM requirements.
- Negotiation skills with OEMs for direct and indirect items for improved profitability and price increases.
- Adoption of CRM Sales Force Management at all stages. Accountabilities:
- 10+ Years OEM experience in Power Transmission product accountable for techno-commercial sales & service.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with relevant experience in Engine drive components/HEMM.
- Industry Knowledge & Experience in HEMM Construction Equipment, Agriculture, Automotive OEM segment.
- Understanding and Exposure to TS16949/ISO 9001, PPAP, Customer Audits, Quality & OEM requirements.
- Influential & Strong Communication building customer relationships & Internal Managerial/Collaborative Skills
- Analytical, Problem solving, ability to multi-task, forecasting & independently drive & lead to deliver KPIs.
- Proven track record of achieving deliverables on new business development, sales revenue & growth.
- High level of customer centricity providing timely solutions and service winning customer confidence.
- Experience in operating in a global work environment with diversity & inclusiveness and outside-in mindset.
- Proficiency in languages of English & Hindi and local languages.
