    Salary : 24-40 LPA


    Job Description :
    Strong experience in managing Data project e.g. DWH, BI, Data Lake etc.

    • Must have experience to manage atleast team of 15+ people.
    • Understanding and experience in project finance, schedule, quality planning, audit etc.
    • Strong Customer management skill
    • Additional project management, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certifications from accredited institution (e.g., PMI or ASQ) preferred.
    • Understanding of basic data warehousing principals and concepts, and technical knowledge related to Data Management, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or IT strongly preferred.
    • Knowledge of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence technologies and projects

    Preferred:
    Experience with ETL and data warehouse/data mart development teams.

    • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, including backlog aging and tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and capacity planning.
    • Experience leading and administering Agile projects using Agile tool such as Jira, git or similar project management system (e.g., VersionOne, Teamwork, Confluence, etc.).
    • Strong background in project management and process improvement.
    • Familiar with System Development Life Cycle, CI/CD, and DevOps.)
    • Conflict resolution and able to quickly work through blockers.
    • Candidate must excel in communication/presentation skills, both oral and written, and tailor communication to various levels of the organization.
