    Position Program Manager
    Location Mumbai Powai Work from Office
    Who are weBased out of IIT BombayHaystackAnalytics is a HealthTech company creating clinicalgenomics products which enable diagnostic labs and hospitals tooffer accurate and personalized diagnostics. Supported by Indiasmost respected science agencies (DST BIRAC DBT) we created andlaunched a portfolio of products to offer genomics in infectiousdiseases. Our genomics based diagnostic solution for Tuberculosiswas recognized as one of top innovations supported by BIRAC in thepast 10 years and was launched by the Prime Minister of India inthe BIRAC Showcase event in Delhi 2022.
    What we want you to do Develop comprehensive launchplans for new products and services outlining key milestonestimelines and deliverables. Collaborateclosely with crossfunctional teams including product developmentmarketing sales operations and customer support to align launchstrategies and objectives. Identifypotential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potentialroadblocks during the launch process. Coordinate the activities of various teams involved in the launchensuring effective communication and seamless execution of tasks. Conduct thorough market research andanalysis to identify customer needs competitor landscape and markettrends to inform launch strategies. Driveprelaunch and postlaunch activities such as identifying topaccounts and top doctors building readiness to generate sales andgathering feedback to refine the launch strategy. Monitor and evaluate the performance ofproduct launches tracking key success metrics & keymilestones and reporting on results to senior management. Collaborate with the marketing team todevelop effective promotional materials and campaigns to supportproduct launches. Lead postlaunch reviewsto assess the success of launches identify areas for improvementand incorporate lessons learned into future launches. Stay updated with industry trends andemerging technologies to continuously improve launch processes andstay ahead in the market.
    Whatare we looking in you Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield. A Masters degree is a plus. Provenexperience in launching new healthcare products (Pharma &Diagnostics) in a geography Strong projectmanagement skills with the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborateeffectively with various teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to analyze markettrends customer behavior and competitive landscape to inform launchstrategies. Detailoriented with a focus onensuring the highest quality standards for product launches. Candidates need to relocate to Mumbai andhave there ownlaptop
