    Whatwill you do:

    Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases social mediaetc
    Screening candidates resumesand job applications
    Conductinginterviews using various reliable recruiting and selectiontools/methods to filter candidates withinschedule
    Assessing applicantsrelevant knowledge skills soft skills experience andaptitudes
    Onboarding newemployees to become fullyintegrated
    Monitoring andapplying HR recruiting bestpractices
    Providing analyticaland well documented recruiting reports to the rest of theteam
    Acting as a point of contactand build influential candidate relationships during the selectionprocess

    Requirements

    College degree in human resources business administration orrelated field plus a minimum of 1year IT recruiting experiencepreferably in IT company.
    Good understanding of souringskills
    Effective convincing / negotiationskills
    Able to work as part of a team managing a large and variedworkload.
