    Description
    1.Email and document drafting Draft emails and concept documents onbehalf of thefounder.

    • Maintain founder s calendar Handle meeting requests (internal andexternal) schedule meetings withstakeholder.
    • Meetings Prepare and maintain Agenda Minutes of Meeting and followup of action takenreports.
    • Handle founder s ever changing travel plans and arrangementsincluding tickets cab hotel food etc and relatedreimbursements.
    • Maintain comprehensive Todo list of the founder and stay on top ofcommitments made by the founder alter on approaching timelines andhelp prepare forthem.
    • Maintaining relationship and liaison with key stakeholders(including board members advisors key customers etc) guest andhospitality handling gifting seasonal greetings regular updatesetc.
    • Ensuring review meetings happen frequently with teams schedulingand follow up of actionpoints.
    • Play the role of DeFacto project management office for the founderincluding planning Gannt chart and reportmaintenance.
    • Create and maintain budgets track expenses and the founder s bankaccount.
    • Handle other administrative tasks as may berequired.

    Requirements

    1.15 Years ofExperience.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong timemanagement skills and an ability to organize andcoordinate multiple concurrentprojects.
    • Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude forlearning new software andsystems.
    • Flexible team player willing to adapt to changes and unafraid ofchallenges.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to thefounder company and itsemployees.

    PreferredAdditionalQualifications:

    • Willingness to travel for work will be an added advantage but not aprerequisite.
    1. 1-5 Years of Experience. 2. Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills. 3. Strong time-management skills and anability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects. 4.Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude forlearning new software and systems. 5. Flexible team player, willingto adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges. 6. Ability tomaintain confidentiality of information related to the founder,company and its employees.


    Preferred Additional Qualifications:
