    Description

    Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer service as primary goal — by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.

    Key Inputs:

    Set target values for warehousing service and cost KPI's and keep tracked KPI's close to target values by-

  • Ensuring key performance measures are maintained
  • Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and meet KPI's
  • Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, stock layouts, and action plans that meet standards for productivity, quality and customer service.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations.
  • Create awareness about safety and compliance.
  • Supervise daily warehouse activities (inward, outward), inventory and space management, labor productivity and customer service.
  • Monthly, stock audits to meet 100% inventory accuracy along with compliant write -off process as per SOP
  • Drive and support various improvement projects including cost saving initiatives.
  • Analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention.
  • Annual contract negotiation for Mathadi and contract labors
  • Liaison with QA team for inward quality checks and with CS team for logistics co-ordination
  • Oversee subcon process in SAP

    • Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy – B. Pharm
  • Five or more years of experience in a warehouse management role
  • Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies
  • Problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
  • Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
