- Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee all employee communication involving engagement events, recognition activities, helpdesk support, and fostering teamwork to boost employee satisfaction. - Address employees' inquiries, concerns, and grievances by collaborating with relevant departments to provide resolutions.
- Manage workplace events and coordinate monthly activities.
- Handle Onboarding procedures, exit formalities, and ensure completion of Full & Final settlements.
- Administer personnel policies, offer guidance, and interpret procedures for the staff.
- Prepare and share Monthly, Weekly & Daily Reports with key stakeholders.
- Lead engagement programs, including organizing various events for the workforce.
- Facilitate focus groups, surveys, skip-level meetings, interviews, and other feedback methods.
- Execute employee communication strategies to uphold morale, transparency, and teamwork within the organization.
- Hold a bachelor's degree from a reputable University (Full Time Only).
- 3-7 years of HR Employee Engagement experience in a similar organizational setting.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Strong communication skills, team player attitude, adaptability, and flexibility.
- Proactive work approach.
- Effective communication abilities across all levels of the organization.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Analyze and understand processes efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.
- Capability to work autonomously.
