    Description

    coordinates, organize, and oversee all activities involved in the identification, acquisition, production, and distribution of the company's goods.

    • Conducting weekly, monthly & quarterly business review meetings.
    • Monthly review and revise Warehouse productivity Bench-mark for each operational activity.
    • Day-to-Day Operations, Inbound, Inventory, Outbound, First Mile Logistics & Returns
    • Inventory Management Slotting, accuracy, damage, and shrinkage control.
    • Planning, Strategy deployment, and day-to-day Operations in Order management/fulfillment.
    • Develops a problem-solving culture where problems are made visible and fixed at the root cause.
    • Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
    • Manage the full spectrum of logistics activities and supervise the logistics team to ensure the smooth running of operations, including inbound shipments, inventory management, and local distribution arrangement.
    • Good knowledge of suppliers and vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating prospective suppliers, and liaising with vendors)
    • Search potential vendors, Identify and select primary and secondary suppliers
    • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

    Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing

    • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
    • Review quality of purchased products
    • Enter order details (e.g., vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
    • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
    • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
    • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
    • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
