    Description

    Lindner India Construction Pvt. Ltd. is the first choice for anyone looking for interior fit-out products as well as facade systems in India. As a subsidiary of the German Lindner Group, the complete project execution is possible, including design, material supply, logistics, installation and maintenance. The main office is located in Bengaluru with further representations in Chennai and Mumbai. Lindner India Construction Pvt. Ltd. has already shown the capability to perform medium-sized projects like offices and data centers as well as large-sized projects like international airports.

    The Role

    You will be responsible for:

    • Create a high-level master schedule that incorporates the initial CPM schedule and the contractors' schedule
    • Track critical activities and changes to the critical path impacting the project
    • Keep an eye on program milestones and interdependencies
    • Utilize industry accepted methodologies to analyze delays
    • Provide information on items impacting the project schedule
    • Responsible for spotting the critical path, as well as proffering alternatives to regain slippage to the schedule
    • Strategize ways to negotiate claims, including office overhead, labor, and equipment costs
    • Responsible for providing technical support in claims litigation
    • Document changes integrated into the project schedule
    • Provide a summary and report on project progress
    • Spot project risks and include impact analysis for review by project team
    • Responsible for maintaining current and standardized job files.
    • Verify that logs of other departments are updated
    • Upload project details into programs to ensure correct project impacted programs
    • Provide substantiations and assessments as requested by manager
    • Recommend and implement modifications to improve effectiveness and attain project milestones.
    • Plan, coordinate and monitor activities of assigned projects
    • Develop detailed task lists and work effort assessment.
    • Prepare short and long-term resource allocation plans based on input from all key players and team members.
    • Identify changes in work scope in the project plan.
    • Ensure to convey required project data and information to project teams.
    • Prepare and present regular internal and external project reports for management.
    • Evaluate and analyze with team risks and issues compromising project results and develop plans to mitigate them.
    • Lead development of baseline schedule and support Project Manager (PM) in Integrated Baseline Review (IBR).
    • Gather actual data, update project schedule and develop reliable schedule forecast with support from project team.
    • Develop in conjunction with the Project Manager a suitable Work Breakdown Structure for the project
    • Review overall project status with the Project Management team and recommend corrective action where necessary
    • Ensure that all cost, planning and document control reports are prepared and issued in accordance with Project Coordination Procedures
    • Liaise with all other Departments at all meetings relevant to project operations and ensure time and cost plans are updated to reflect latest information
    • Prepare weekly & monthly project progress reports with "S" curve
    • Raise alarms on delays and provide mitigating plan after discussing with construction/operations team
    • Attend progress meetings with clients/internal team/subcontractors and prepare MOM

    Ideal Profile

    • You have at least 4 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.
    • You have working knowledge of primavera, CPM scheduling, Planning and microsoft office
    • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
    • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
    • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
    • You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
