    Role Description

    We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of E11EVEN TECHNOLOGIES. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and fostering relationships with international clients, understanding their unique branding and marketing needs, and effectively converting leads into successful projects. This role requires a blend of strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with our internal design team. Knowledge of Lead Generation is a plus point.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Engagement:

    • Initiate and maintain communication with international clients to understand their business objectives and requirements.
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to provide tailored solutions that align with client goals.

    Lead Conversion:

    • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting leads into successful projects.
    • Collaborate with the internal design team to develop compelling proposals and presentations.

    Project Coordination:

    • Act as a liaison between clients and the internal design team to ensure a smooth transition from lead to project execution.
    • Work closely with the design team to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered on time.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Follow up with existing clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional business.

    Market Research:

    Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the branding and marketing industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • Ability to understand and articulate complex design concepts.
    • Proactive and self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales.
