    Description
    We are looking for anexperienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead to lead thedesign developmentand implementation of marketing automation solutions usingSalesforceMarketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a deep understandingof SalesforceMarketing Cloud functionality and configuration as well asexperience leadingtechnical teams andcollaborating with crossfunctionalstakeholders.
    Roles &Responsibilities:
    • Leadthe technical design and implementation of Salesforce MarketingCloud solutions to meet business requirements.
    • Collaborate withstakeholders to gather and analyses requirements and translate theminto technical solutions.
    • Design and build marketing automation journeysincluding email campaigns customer journeys and personalizedexperiences.
    • Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalitiessuch as Email Studio Journey Builder Automation Studio and AudienceBuilder.
    • Develop andmaintain custom AMP script and SQL queries for data manipulationand personalization.
    • Lead integration efforts between Salesforce Marketing Cloud andother systems such as CRM platforms data warehouses and thirdpartyapplications.
    • Providetechnical guidance and mentorship to junior team members ensuringbest practices are followed and solutions are implementedefficiently.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing salesand IT to ensure alignment of marketing automation initiatives withoverall business objectives.
    • Stay current withthe latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features releases and bestpractices and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Troubleshoot andresolve technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloudimplementations integrations and automation processes.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology orrelated field.
    • Haveperformed IP whitelisting
    • Salesforce MarketingCloud certifications such as Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
    • Marketing CloudDeveloper or Marketing Cloud Consultant.
    • Minimum of 4 yearsof experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud withdemonstrated expertise in configuration customization andimplementation.
    • Proficiency in AMP script SQL and other scripting languages used inSalesforce Marketing Cloud.
    • Experience leadingtechnical teams and managing complex projects from inception tocompletion.
    • Strongcommunication and collaboration skills with the ability toeffectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnicalstakeholders.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyin a fastpaced environment.
    • Experience withAgile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
