Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Regional Sales Manager-Government Business. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day software sales activities, including customer service, sales management, and negotiation.
The role will require close collaboration with government clients and stakeholders to understand their software requirements and provide tailored solutions.
The Sales Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the government sector.Qualifications
Software Sales and Sales Management skills
Strong customer service skills
Experience in selling software solutions is must (ERP/HRMS/CRM Solutions/E-Citizen Service etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with government clients
Prior experience in selling software applications
Knowledge of the HR domain and Microsoft CRM is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or relevant field
