    Description

    Location: Sector 58, Noida

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Make cold calls to 50-60 contacts daily and generate new prospects for IT infra and new hardware sales
    • Identify the decision-makers and the pain points of the potential customers and pitch our products and services accordingly
    • Qualify the leads based on their interest, budget, authority, and need and transfer them to the sales team
    • Search the database from the internet and other sources to find new leads and update the existing ones
    • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system and ensure data accuracy and quality
    • Report on your daily, weekly, and monthly activities and results to the management
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide feedback and suggestions for improving the lead generation process.

    Qualification:

    • Good Communication
    • Customer care and BPO Experience will be considered as well.
