    Overview:

    The BusinessDevelopment Associate plays a crucial role in driving the growthand expansion of the organizations business. They are responsiblefor identifying new business opportunities building and maintainingclient relationships and contributing to the overall revenuegeneration.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Conducting marketresearch to identify new businessopportunities
    • Developing and implementing salesstrategies to attract new clients
    • Negotiatingand closing business deals
    • Building andmaintaining relationships withclients
    • Collaborating with the marketing teamto create and implement marketingstrategies
    • Attending conferences meetings andindustry events
    • Preparing sales contractsensuring adherence to lawestablished rules andguidelines
    • Working towards achieving salestargets and KPIs
    • Providing regular reports onbusiness development progress andpipeline
    • Contributing to the development ofmarketing materials
    • Understanding the needs ofthe customers and providingsolutions
    • Collaborating with crossfunctionalteams to ensure the success of businessprojects
    • Staying updated with industry trendsand competition
    • Representing the company attrade exhibitions events anddemonstrations
    • Assisting in the development ofthe annual marketing plan

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inbusiness marketing or related field
    • Proven workexperience as a Business Development Associate Sales Executive orrelevant role
    • Demonstrated ability inidentifying business opportunities and closingdeals
    • Strong knowledge of market research salesand negotiating principles
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MSOffice
    • Ability to travel asneeded
    • Proven track record of achieving salestargets
    • Ability to work well in a teamsetting
    • Strong organizational andtimemanagement skills
    • Ability to prioritize andmanage multiple tasks
    • Understanding ofmarketing principles
    • Selfmotivated with aresultsdriven approach
    • Ability to develop anddeliver presentations
    • Knowledge of social mediaand digital marketingstrategies
