    Job Description:

    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at DOCPAT HEALTHCARE (OPC) PVT LTD. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our healthcare products and services through phone calls and virtual communication. This is a remote position, providing you with the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home.

    Responsibilities:

    Contact potential customers and pitch our healthcare products and services

    Engage in active and persuasive phone conversations to generate sales leads

    Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals

    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

    Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and concerns

    Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company objectives

    Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends

    Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities

    Upsell additional products or services to existing customers when applicable

    Requirements:

    Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role

    Excellent communication and negotiation skills

    Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software

    Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
