    Description

    Inviting applications for the role of HRO [Process Associate/Developer], [Talent Acquisition]

    In this role, you will be responsible to be an effective influencer, knowledgeable about the business, and whose impact and value is clear to the client group and HR org alike. The ideal candidate will thrive in a multifaceted and changing environment and have fun while getting a lot of great work done.

    Responsibilities

    Support many operational aspects of the recruitment process

    Ensure candidates and new hires have an excellent experience

    Process Workday updates as required with candidate/new hire related information

    Support hiring managers and HR business partners with critical requisitions

    Provide support to the team for critical and complex cases

    Validating the data included in job requisitions and job descriptions as agreed in SOP

    Provide support to schedule interview and manage logistics

    Create offer letter as per standardized templates

    Request paperwork from candidates as per onboarding requirements

    Qualifications we seek in you

    Minimum Qualifications

    • to 2 years of experience in supporting US candidate hiring/interactions
    • or equivalent education
    • years of working experience in Recruitment Operations with the ability to manage global candidate interactions
    • communication skills (verbal and written) to manage candidate queries and high focus on customer centricity
    • domain expertise of Talent Acquisition for US Market
    • and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environment
    • credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward

    Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

    • in Workday ATS or similar applicant tracking systems
    • HR certifications from recognized institutes is an advantage
    • to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently
    • to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently
