    Assist in resolving product or service-related concerns and escalations.

    Proactively engage with new customers, explaining services and products to facilitate a

    seamless onboarding process.

    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

    Requirements

    Excellent communication skills.

    Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and empathy.

    Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.

    Proactive approach to connecting with new customers.

    Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
