    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Team Leader In Automobile to join our team at Aline HR Consultancy. As a Senior Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of automotive professionals, ensuring efficient operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering or a related field
    • Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in the automobile industry
    • Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills
    • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
    • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Solid organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in using computer software and automotive diagnostic tools
    • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the automobile industry

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and lead a team of automotive professionals, including mechanics, technicians, and support staff
    • Ensure efficient and smooth operations in the automobile department, including timely repair and maintenance of vehicles
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of services, including procurement, inventory management, and quality control
    • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
    • Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in automotive repair and maintenance
    • Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution of issues
    • Maintain accurate records of vehicle repairs, maintenance, and other departmental activities
    • Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends in the automotive sector
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements
