    Description

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales and marketing strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline. You will then monitor our sales performance with the goal of expanding our company's market share. Your collaborative nature and will help you succeed when coordinating with external distributors and internal sales and marketing teams.

    Qualifications

    • MBA from a business school/University degree

    Experience

    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Insurance Agency Sales .

    Responsibilities

    Sets specific standards / objectives with short-term focus,

    Adapts communication based on given audience to reach an agreement,

    Modifies processes in defined domain,

    Follows defined procedures and receives direction regarding work priorities from the manager.

    Works independently on routine tasks. Exercises limited discretion within established guidelines.

    Functions as Team Member.

    Growing ability to apply general principles and standard techniques/procedures.

    Manage MidSize teams (~4 5)
