    Description

    Full job descriptionWhat you'll do:

    Experience and expertise in front-end development in REACT.Will be working in Chennai with Hybrid model and directly reporting to our Canadian Head Office.

    Will be leading the projects and directing other team members so leadership quality is a must.
    Build well-designed, high performance and effective front-end web applications that support complex business rules/flows.

    Leverage experience to establish best practices for web development and drive the team and the codebase to a higher level.

    Contribute to Application Solution Design and work with technical architects, business, product, and UX team members to influence the application data-flow design and extensible product platform architecture.

    Be a product engineer and collaborate with various business functions and translate business requirements into simple user stories in partnership with the engineering lead and other developers on the team.

    Apply user experience methodology and best practices to translate user needs and business requirements into engaging user-centered design.
    Pioneer new frontend initiatives and champion them to the rest of the frontend team.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup. Experience leading POC's and demonstrating speed to market.
    Someone who loves to learn and passionate about helping others.

    What we seek in you:

    Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields of study plus at least 3+ years of experience in a Software Developer or related role.

    Experience working in Agile development environment.
    Experience with Jira, Github, CI/CD and other development life-cycle tools.

    Understanding development in REACT, NodeJS, JavaScript/TypeScriptIT Implementation and project management experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologiesExperience in persona development, information architecture, wireframe, and prototyping.

    Familiarity with Figma and similar software.
    Experience in healthcare or eye health, or related, is a plus.
