Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month

Job Description:
GTPL Broadband Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team in Baroda. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of Field Sales Executives (FSE) and DSA (Direct Selling Agents) channels to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor a team of Field Sales Executives.

Set sales targets and KPIs for team members and monitor performance.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing departments to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.

Handle escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Prepare and submit reports on team performance, sales activities, and market trends.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the sales or telecommunications industry or related field.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve targets.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
