    SAP Delivery Manager.


    Location:
    Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Mumbai.


    Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced SAP Development Manager with a strong background in delivering SAP product development projects.

    The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP S/4 HANA/BTP, Azure DevOps (ADO), and AGILE delivery methodologies.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • SAP

    Product Development:
    Deliver SAP product development projects with over 15 years of experience.

    • Latest SAP

    Delivery Experience:
    Must have experience with the latest SAP delivery, specifically S/4 HANA/BTP.

    • Azure DevOps: Proficient in using Azure DevOps (ADO) for project management and delivery.
    • AGILE Delivery: Strong experience in AGILE delivery methodologies for SAP projects.
    • FAO

    Domain Management:
    Over 12 years of experience managing delivery for large accounts in the FAO domain.

    • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Procure to Pay and Record to Report processes.
    • Transformation Programs: Handson experience in implementing transformation programs for clients, including RPA and AI initiatives.
    • Technical and

    Business Skills:
    Ability to translate business needs into deliverable solutions, combining both business and technical skills.

    • Software Proficiency: Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, innovative thinking, and the capability to identify niche areas of interest and ideate solutions and frameworks.
    • Presales/

    Solution Support:
    Candidates with experience supporting Presales/Solution teams will have an added advantage.


    Desired Skills and Qualifications:

    • Experience: 15+ years in SAP product development and delivery.
    • SAP
    Expertise: S/4 HANA/BTP expertise.

    • Project Management: Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) and AGILE methodologies.
    • FAO
    Domain: 12+ years managing large accounts in the FAO domain.

    • Procure to Pay and Record to Report: Strong domain knowledge.
    • Transformation Programs: Experience with RPA and AI.
    • Technical Skills: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
    • Software Proficiency: Skilled in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
    • Innovative Thinking: Excellent interpersonal skills and innovative thinking.
    • Presales/

    Solution Experience:
    Experience in supporting Presales/Solution teams is a plus.
