    3 to 5 years of experience in leading 100+ engineering team responsible for P&L / Sales, delivery of engineering software applications in Media & Communication or Broadcasting domain.
    Job Description


    • Planning and scheduling the delivery process, including defining project scope, milestones, and timelines.
    • Managing the budget and resources of the delivery, including allocating tasks to team members, and ensuring that the project stays on track.
    • Identifying and managing risks to the delivery, including developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
    • Communicating with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and other stakeholders, to ensure that everyone is informed about the progress of the delivery.
    • Tracking progress and making, adjustments as needed to keep the delivery on track.
    • Providing guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure that they have the skills and support they need to complete their tasks.
    • Working with clients or other stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations.
    • Introduce best practices, agile methodologies, and engineering standards; institutionalize change when necessary and as appropriate.
    • Lead all change management initiatives and create a high-performing environment where Execution, Quality and Innovation thrive to its best

    Skill setMust Have:
    Media, Broadcasting or Communication business domain exposure with digital technologies like Cloud or Web or Analytics is must.
    The candidate should be technically sound with an entrepreneurial and global mindset.
    Hands on delivery management expertise with high energy level and can actively engage stake holders.
    Hands-on customer interaction that allows the individual to understand true customer needs with a proven track record of managing the expectations of a global customer base.
    Must be a "hands-on" and be able to inspire and build confidence in the management team to ensure the company's continued growth.
    Must have integrity and a desire to bring out the best in people as well as instill a sense of loyalty and purpose.
    Excellent Leadership competence; Organizational talent; Communication skills. Must be intelligent, mature and a self-confident professional who communicates effectively at all levels of the organization.
