    Description

    THE ROLE

    Delivery manager to takeresponsibility of planning, execution, and delivery ofdevelopments/enhancements as per the committed release & Timeline.

    OPPORTUNITES
  • Ensure allocation of defect fixes as per priority.
  • Coordinate on different activities (Coding, Code Review, Testing, Regression & Integration), ensuring the fixes are delivered on time and within SLA.
  • Provide necessary and periodic updates / fix dates to the Support Management Team.
  • Ability to carry out Resource and Work Allocation.
  • Responsible for the overall planning of the resources based on project demands.
  • Manage allocation of resources to various tasks.
  • Effective utilization of resources and controloverrun and support..
    • SKILLS
  • Having Minumum of 10 Years of Experience.
  • Project Planning and Delivery Management.
  • Overall responsibility of planning, execution, and delivery of developments/enhancements as per the committed release & Timeline.
  • Work with Product Directors/Product Managers/Development Teams to plan the delivery.
  • Co-ordinate through the various teams and stakeholders for all delivery activities and act as the escalation point for all development issues specific to enhancements.
  • Ensure Scope changes are captured, and impacts identified and managed.
  • Utilize and update internal systems on delivery management in a timely manner, thus ensure timely status reporting.
  • Ensure 100% compliance to Quality and Release Processes.
  • Participate, as required, in steering committeemeetings, senior executive meetings and other such events.
