- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan for each assigned project, outlining tasks, timelines, and resources required for successful project completion. Define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables.
- Collaborate with various departments (HR, Procurement, Finance, Business Unit leaders, Workforce Planning, Transformation Team and IT) to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met. Maintain clear and open communication with all project stakeholders.
- Assess current processes and behaviors, ensuring alignment with project goals and values for successful outcomes.
- Work with internal business leaders and SMEs to analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement for each project.
- Work with key stakeholders and technical teams to develop, implement, and communicate best practices to streamline project objectives and reduce costs.
- Possess a functional understanding of technical concepts and be able to translate them into non-technical terms for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams to assess feasibility, provide technical insights, and make informed decisions.
- Work with change management organization to ensure a smooth transition to the new model.
- Coordinate planning for training and support to employees affected by the change.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the MSP implementation.
- Regular report on project status, milestones achieved, and budget utilization.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery (on time, on budget).
- Demonstrate experience in managing technical project initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- PMP or ScrumMaster certification a plus.
- 5 - 7 years experience as a technical project manager, with a track record of successfully managing complex system implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Managed Service Provider (MSP) concepts and processes.
- Previous experience overseeing a Managed Service Provider (MSP) integration preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Change management expertise is a plus.
- Financial acumen.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Internal Project Manager to lead various and ongoing internal company initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and optimize our internal processes while working with a dynamic team.
For the first 8-12 months, this role will focus on the implementation of a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Vendor Management System (VMS) for contingent labor within our organization. Thereafter this individual will be assigned to manage various internal company initiatives as they arise.
Job Description
The Internal Project Manager for MSP/VMS Implementation will play a pivotal role in spearheading the successful transition to a Managed Service Provider model for our contingent labor force. This project manager will work closely with cross-functional internal and external teams to ensure the seamless integration of MSP solutions and processes, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our contingent labor management.
