    Description
    The ideal candidate will possess stronganalytical skills business acumen and excellentcommunicationabilities to understand andarticulate business requirementseffectively

    Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and documentbusiness requirements.
    Conduct thoroughresearch and analysis to identify business needs opportunities andrisks.
    Develop detailed business cases userstories and functional specifications to support projectinitiatives.
    Facilitate workshops andmeetings to elicit requirements resolve issues and drive consensusamongstakeholders.
    Workclosely with crossfunctional teams including developers designersand project managers toensure successfulproject delivery.
    Conduct user acceptancetesting (UAT) and provide support during system implementation andpostimplementationphases.
    Continuously monitor industry trendsbest practices and emerging technologies torecommendinnovative solutions and processimprovements.
    Provide ongoing support andguidance to stakeholders addressing any concerns or issues relatedtobusiness processes andsystems.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Admin Computer ScienceInformation Technology or relatedfield.
    Proven experience as a BusinessAnalyst in the IT industry preferably within a consulting ortechnologyservicesenvironment.
    Strong understanding of businessprocesses systems analysis and requirements gatheringtechniques.
    Proficiency in tools andmethodologies such as Agile Scrum JIRA and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
    Excellent communication presentationand interpersonal skills with the ability to interactwithstakeholders at alllevels.
    Analytical mindset with the abilityto translate complex business requirements into actionableinsightsandsolutions.
    Certification in Business Analysis(e.g. CBAP) is a plus.
    Experience inindustries such as healthcare finance or retail is highlydesirable.
