- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the hotel team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and guest-centricity.
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, sales and marketing, finance, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the hotel.
- Drive revenue generation through proactive sales and marketing initiatives, strategic pricing strategies, and revenue management techniques.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze key metrics, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability and achieve budgetary goals.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive sales and marketing plans to drive occupancy and revenue growth across all market segments.
- Foster positive relationships with guests, stakeholders, and the local community, ensuring a positive brand image and reputation for the hotel.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of hotel staff, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce capable of delivering exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing hotel operations, including health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety throughout the hotel property.
- Monitor guest feedback and reviews, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Represent the hotel in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of success in managing a 100-room hotel property.
- Strong background in Food & Beverage (F&B) and Room Division operations, with demonstrated expertise in revenue management and guest service.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of employees.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business plans and operational strategies.
